The free toiletries provided were of good quality, and the option to refill bottles rather than using single-use containers showed a commitment to sustainability. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was reliable, making it easy to stay connected during my visit.I appreciated the 24-hour reception and security, providing a sense of safety and convenience throughout my stay. While the hotel didn't offer laundry services on-site, the tours and ticket assistance provided by the helpful staff made it easy to explore the area.In terms of amenities, the fitness center was well-equipped, and the restaurant and bar area offered a good selection of food and beverages.
